Robert Pavlovich
Founder and President
Robert founded New York Environmental Systems, Inc. twenty years ago and serves as the company’s CEO and President. He leverages nearly four decades of experience leading and growing private companies in the general contracting, HVAC, and environmental remediation industries in the New York Metropolitan area. He is firmly committed to the highest standards of integrity, safety, and quality, the foundational values upon which NYES is built. He has a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University.
Ralph Severino
Vice President Operations
Ralph has decades of professional experience leading the safe, efficient, and customer-oriented operations of environmental remediation companies and he specializes in asbestos abatement. He joined the NYES team in 2004 and is currently responsible for compliance, project implementation, and personnel, among other areas. His many licenses and certifications include NYS and NYC Asbestos Supervisor, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, and DOL Mold Supervisor.
Maximo Campoverde
Senior Project Manager
Maximo has over 25 years professional experience and leadership in the environmental industry and has been on the forefront of the NYES team since 2008. He has successfully designed and implemented projects for Federal, State and City Agencies in a safe and timely manner. His numerous licenses and certifications include NYS DOL and NYC DEP Asbestos Handler Supervisor; NYS DOL Project Designer, and OSHA.
Mahfuzur (Mike) Mowla
Safety Manager
Mike brings nearly 20 years of experience in the safety industry, with outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills that enhance service delivery and safety department efficiency. He is a certified NYC DOB Site Safety Coordinator, Construction Health and Safety Technician, Construction Site Fire Safety Manager, and OSHA-trained as well as dozens of other licenses, certifications and memberships.
Ahmed Mohamed
Accounting Manager
Ahmed joined NYES in 2019 and leads the accounting department. He is committed to driving operational performance, team performance, and strong customer service across the company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt.
Cynthia Swinton
Billing & Administration
Cynthia joined the NYES team in 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of billing. She brings two decades of experience working in accounting with infrastructure industry partners in the NY area.
